Privacy policy

Florax Limited is a Christchurch indoor plant hire, sales and maintenance business. This page explains how we collect, use and look after personal information, in line with the Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you use the quote form, email us, or call, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, organisation, and the details of your enquiry. We only collect what we need to reply and to quote for plant hire and related services.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver and maintain plants, and keep in touch about jobs you have asked us to do. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in our email and, where needed, in our job records. Our website and email are hosted by third-party providers who process that information on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email stefan@florax.co.nz and we will help. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
